Accompanying persons
Of course, your family and friends are always welcome at KU64 too. Our service team is always ready to show them around our practice. In fact, we see it as a compliment if you recommend us.
Air conditioning
Our treatment rooms and waiting lounge are air-conditioned according to the latest standards.
Baby kit
A lovingly designed collection kit for mothers and mothers-to-be, our baby kit comprises numerous items compiled by our "KU64 mums." It goes without saying that the package includes a toothbrush and a child health record book. It's available at the reception desk.
Babies welcome
Your baby will love KU64 too! In our well-furnished nursing room, you can change your baby's nappies, without being disturbed. A lift will take you and your little darling to our rooms on the 5th and 6th floor - and the buggy too.
Beverages
We offer you a variety of beverages to enjoy while waiting for your treatment to begin. You can choose from several coffee specialties, tea, water and fresh fruit juices.
Blankets
If you would like to get cosy while waiting for your treatment in our lounge or on our terrace, you can ask for a fluffy blanket at our reception.
Canopy beach chairs
offer enough room for the whole family. Just like on your summer holidays at the beach ...
Car and bicycle park
You'll find free parking in the courtyard behind our building.
Case history
We use an electronic medical history form. Please ask us for more information about your individual case history at KU64!
Cooling packs
After operations big or small, our team will provide you with a KU64 cooling pack and painkillers to take home with you free of charge.
Cosmetic Corner
Behind the wardrobe you'll find a huge mirror with various make-up products for a quick cosmetic touch-up. This is meant to be the ladies' domain, but curiously enough, it is mostly men who tell us when an item is missing!
Daily newspapers/magazines
Whatever your interest, we keep you informed and provide you with newspapers and magazines for every taste and time frame. After your treatment, you are invited to continue your reading at your leisure.
Disposable toothbrush
for a quick tooth cleaning before your treatment. These toothbrushes are filled with a special cleaning fluid. You'll also find toothpaste for free use in our oral hygiene room.
EC and credit cards
are accepted in our practice (EC card, Visa and MasterCard)
Fireplace
The crackling fire in our waiting lounge creates a cosy atmosphere not only for the romantic. Our fireplace can be turned 360°, so that you can enjoy it from every position.
Free fax service
Most faxes cannot wait. Don't worry - our receptionists will be ready to send it out for you. And you'll receive a fax confirmation as well.
General anaesthesia
Should you prefer to sleep during the dental treatment, you can ask our reception personnel or your attending dentist about the possibility of a general anaesthesia.
In-house dental laboratory
If you wish, in order to shorten communication and laboratory times, one of our dental technicians will come to your treatment chair to discuss your dental prostheses. Necessary changes are effected as soon as possible!
Kids' Paradise - we take care of your children
Securely hidden behind an array of couches, our kid's corner invites our younger guests to play and have fun. However, you shouldn't be surprised if you find their dads here too - lost in one of our Playstation® games which fascinate young and old alike.
Letter and postcard service
Who still writes letters or postcards in these times of emails and SMS messages? Well, YOU do, and we will happily post your mail for you. Tell us the truth - when was the last time you wrote a letter to your beloved ones? Make the most of your time at KU64 - hand your letters and postcards over to our receptionists and give someone a nice surprise!
Multimedia centre
Waiting is definitely more fun with good entertainment. Immerse yourself in dreamlike fantasy worlds displayed on a plasma screen from our cooperation partners Bang & Olufsen.
Music
Upon request, you can listen to your favourite songs during the dental treatment. Please feel free to ask us to fulfil your musical wishes in the waiting lounge as well. Let us be your DJ!
Non-medical practitioner / Alternative practitioner
We'd like to recommend the therapeutic treatments offered by our non-medical practitioner, Petra Wettläufer. Her tension-relieving therapies help you to calm down and relax before a dental treatment. Petra Wettläufer offers a great variety of therapeutic treatments, from back and partial-body massages to foot reflexology. These therapies are also a boon and blessing after a dental treatment.
Oral hygiene room
Here, you can freshen up a bit before the treatment starts. In our oral hygiene room everything you need is available, from deodorant to hairspray.
Prophylaxis Shop
Smileprophys offers an attractive range of dental care and oral hygiene products which are used in our practice. All products are regularly tested by our prophylaxis experts and used by all KU64 team members as well.
Reading specs
are often left at home. At KU64, this is not a problem as we will gladly lend you reading glasses in a range of strengths so that you can read a book or magazine in our waiting lounge.
Reminder call service
If you wish, we'll remind you of the date of your next prophylactic check-up by sending you a letter, text message or email.

Sunglasses
Want to relax a bit on our sun-deck before or after your treatment? Our reception will provide you with sunglasses to protect your eyes.

KU64 and the SMILE DESIGN Dental Laboratory offer you a warranty on their products and services that reaches far beyond the period required by legislation. Your dentist will gladly inform you about all warranty-related details.

Surfing is better than waiting! At KU64 you can surf the Net for free - for business or private purposes - using your laptop computer at our WLAN Hotspot.
3D video glasses
A highlight for many patients who want to enjoy their favourite movies during the treatment. Just ask us for your favourite DVDs anytime before your dental appointment - right now, for example!
